FSSC 22000 - Food Safety System Certification Scheme 22000 is a certification scheme developed by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification for the certification of food manufacturing organizations and aims to harmonize certification requirements and methods to obtain food safety systems in the supply chain .
IFS food
The IFS Standard (International Food Standard) aims to encourage the effective selection of food suppliers under the GDO brand , on the basis of their ability to provide safe, compliant products contractual specifications and legal requirements. It constitutes a recognized model both in Europe and in the rest of the world .
BRC
The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety was founded in 1998 in order to ensure compliance with quality standards in the production phase of branded products. It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) , with the aim of strengthening and promoting food safety throughout the supply chain. The BRC is necessary in order to export products, but it is also a guarantee of corporate reliability.
