HOW IT ALL BEGAN

It was 1990, when Andrea Comanducci left his job as a Carabiniere and started working with pumpkin flowers in a small 50 square metre workshop. The following year, he turned his love of food into a winning business, launching an entrepreneurial adventure with his family that led to the birth of the Garbo Surgelati brand. A story of success, but also of courage, passion and commitment, which has led Garbo to become one of the national leaders in the production of breaded and battered products.

THE NAME "GARBO"

"A curious name, which comes from a joke of my father, Tuscan by origin." Choose the name you want, as long as it is graceful "(that is, beautiful, pleasant). And so I listened to his advice to the letter".
